Equipment Collection
We coordinate the collection of your end-of-life IT assets through secure, scheduled pickups or direct drop-offs at our certified facility. Each piece of equipment is logged upon arrival, ensuring complete traceability from the very first step. Our logistics partners follow strict handling protocols, and every transfer is documented to maintain a verifiable chain of custody.
Asset Registration & Audit
Once the equipment arrives, each item is individually tagged and entered into our asset management system. We record key details such as serial numbers, asset type, condition, and ownership status. This audit process ensures complete visibility over every unit, laying the foundation for accurate reporting and compliance.
Certified Data Erasure or Physical Destruction
Based on your data security policy, we perform either certified data wiping using industry-leading software like Blancco or Certus, or proceed with physical destruction of storage devices. Both methods guarantee complete and irreversible data removal. Upon completion, we issue official certificates of data erasure or destruction for your compliance records.
Refurbishment or Recycling
After data has been securely removed, all equipment is carefully assessed for functionality. Devices that meet performance and safety standards are refurbished for resale or redeployment, extending their useful life. Equipment that cannot be recovered is responsibly dismantled and sent to certified recycling partners, ensuring safe and sustainable disposal in line with environmental regulations.
Reporting & Documentation
At the end of the process, we provide you with a complete documentation pack that includes asset-level reports, serial numbers, data wiping or destruction certificates, and summaries of your environmental and social contributions. These reports are essential for internal audits, regulatory compliance, and ESG or CSR reporting.
Environmental & Social Impact
Beyond secure IT disposal, your participation contributes to real environmental and social benefits. By extending the life of tech equipment, we reduce electronic waste and the need for raw materials. Additionally, a portion of refurbished devices supports digital inclusion initiatives through partnerships with NGOs and schools.
